隱私權政策

一、適用範圍
本政策說明鳳凰會（Phoenix Capital，以下稱「我們」）在提供服務時，如何蒐集、使用與保護您的資料，並特別說明當您透過 Google 帳戶授權我們的應用程式時，我們會存取哪些 Google 使用者資料。
本政策適用於 phoenixcapitalofficial.com 及其子網域，以及由我們營運、需要您以 Google 帳戶授權的應用程式與自動化服務。
二、我們存取哪些資料
2.1 Google 帳戶資料
只有在您於 Google 授權畫面明確同意之後，我們才會存取下列資料。下表列出本應用程式實際要求的授權範圍（scope），逐項對應用途；我們不會取得未列於此表的權限。

2.2 一般網站資料
- 您主動提供的聯絡資訊（例如 Telegram 帳號、電子郵件）。
- 基本的瀏覽記錄（例如造訪頁面、瀏覽器類型），用於維持網站運作與安全。
三、我們如何使用這些資料
- 提供您要求的功能：行程整理、待辦彙整、報表產出，以及通知與提醒的寄送。
- 維持服務運作與安全：偵測異常存取、修復錯誤。
我們不會將您的 Google 使用者資料用於廣告投放、剖析您的個人特徵，也不會用來訓練任何一般用途的人工智慧模型。
四、我們不會提供給第三方
我們不販售、不出租、不交換您的個人資料或 Google 使用者資料。
僅在下列必要情況下，資料才會離開我們的系統：
- 維運所需的基礎服務供應商（例如雲端主機與資料庫），且僅限於提供服務所必要的範圍，並受合約保密義務拘束。
- 法律要求：依法院命令或主管機關依法提出的要求。
- 經您明確同意的其他情形。
我們對 Google 使用者資料的使用與轉移，遵循 Google API 服務使用者資料政策，包含其中的「有限使用」（Limited Use）規定。
五、資料保存與刪除
- 授權憑證（access token / refresh token）以加密方式保存，僅用於執行您授權的功能。
- 資料保存期間以達成上述目的所需為限；不再需要時即予刪除。
- 您可以隨時在 Google 帳戶權限頁面 撤銷授權。撤銷後我們將無法再存取您的 Google 資料，並會刪除已保存的授權憑證。
- 您也可以直接聯絡我們，要求刪除我們持有的您的資料。
六、資料安全
- 所有傳輸均使用 HTTPS 加密。
- 授權憑證與敏感設定加密儲存，存取權限僅限必要人員。
- 我們僅要求完成功能所需的最小授權範圍。
七、兒童隱私
我們的服務不面向未滿 18 歲者，也不會刻意蒐集其個人資料。
八、政策變更
本政策如有修訂，我們會更新本頁面頂端的「最後更新」日期。重大變更會另行於官方管道公告。

Phoenix Capital ("we") operates phoenixcapitalofficial.com and related applications. This summary describes our handling of Google user data; the Traditional Chinese text above is the governing version.
What we access. Only with your explicit consent on the Google authorisation screen, this application requests exactly these scopes: gmail.readonly (read messages), gmail.send (send messages you ask us to send), calendar.readonly (read-only calendar access — we cannot create, edit or delete events), drive.file (only files this application created or you explicitly picked — we cannot see the rest of your Drive), spreadsheets, and forms.body. No other permissions are requested.
How we use it. Solely to deliver the features you request — schedule summaries, task and notification digests, and sending reminders you have asked for — and to keep the service running securely.
What we do not do. We do not sell, rent or trade your data. We do not use Google user data for advertising, for building user profiles, or to train general-purpose AI models. Data is disclosed only to infrastructure providers strictly necessary to operate the service, when required by law, or with your explicit consent.
Limited Use. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Retention and deletion. Tokens are stored encrypted and kept only as long as needed. You may revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, after which we delete the stored credentials. You may also contact us to request deletion.
